| 9 am-12:00 pm | Team Makers Workshop. Location: Northside branch. Join facilitator Su Flatt as she leads poets in making props, costumes, and other creations that might enhance a performance. She's good.
| 10-11 am | Getting to a Good First Draft. Louise Robertson provides poets with the hardest part of writing -- that is, sitting down and actually doing the work. This prompt-based workshop offers exercises designed to make you a better writer. Seriously. That's what they are made to do.
| 11 am-12:30 pm | Editing Workshop. There's a reason we call critical expert Geoff Anderson "Bones" -- that's what he's going to help you find in your poem, the bones of it. That might be all that's left, but they will be good ones.
| 11 am-12:30 pm | Performance Workshop. All we need to says is Barb Fant is running this. Right? Also, one of the organizers wanted to attend this workshop so much, she put it on the schedule at a time when she wasn't giving her own workshop.
| 12:30-2 pm | Lunch Break. You're on your own for this. We're in the campus area so there're plenty of places around.
| 2-2:30 pm | Team Orientation This is for the teams. You need to be there to get your badges, find out the scoop, ask questions and realize there's no 10 second grace period on the poems. Rules. |
| 3-6 pm | Prelim Bouts The magic happens here. |
| 6-8 pm | Dinner Break This looks a lot like the lunch break. |
| 8-10 pm | Finals Even more magic. These poets have clawed their way through and ascended the six full inches to the finals stage. We salute you! |
| 10 pm | After Party You know what to do. |
